Returns & Exchanges

At Crowder Shop, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
